The Bridge Program covers all formulations of Wegovy and Foundayo, plus the KwikPen formulation of Zepbound. Your provider helps determine what’s appropriate for you.
Cost & coverage

What if I don’t qualify for the Bridge Program?
You still have a strong option. MDWatch offers compounded semaglutide from $90/month and compounded tirzepatide from $140/month with the same licensed care team — no insurance approval needed.
MDWatch has truly changed my life. I started my weight-loss journey at 288 pounds before my gastric sleeve surgery, and even after surgery, I hit a prolonged stall. My bariatric surgeon, Dr. Fouad Hachem, recommended I try tirzepatide through MDWatch — and that’s when everything finally started moving again. With the combination of my surgery and the support I received through MDWatch, I am now down to 156 pounds. At 74 years old, I feel like I’m 20 again. I work full-time as a hospital switchboard operator and even hold a second job as a Multi-Township Assessor, and I have the energy to do it all. My health coach and Nurse Practitioner through the clinic, Mary Beth, has been incredible and has helped me so much throughout this process. I’ve recommended MDWatch and tirzepatide to several people, including my own surgeon. Without MDWatch Medical Group, I truly don’t think I’d be alive today
I found MDWatch on Facebook, and from the very beginning, I felt completely supported. Every staff member and provider has been so warm, patient, and genuinely helpful — they make me feel like I matter. Getting my prescriptions has always been smooth, and I’ve never had a single issue. One of the biggest highlights of my journey has been my monthly virtual visits with Nurse Practitioner Kristi Richards. She is incredibly positive, encouraging, and full of ideas that make my day-to-day life easier. She keeps me focused, helps with my nutrition, and has truly been a partner in this weight-loss journey. I joined MDWatch in March 2025 at 246 lbs. Today, I’m 145.3 lbs — a total loss of 100.7 lbs. I originally set a goal of 150 lbs, and I’ve already surpassed it. The weight loss has changed everything. I was finally able to get the knee surgery I needed, but couldn’t have until I lost weight. My recovery has been so much easier because I’m more active and able to walk more. My personal PCP reviewed my labs and was extremely pleased. Even my surgeon asked how I achieved this transformation — and I told him, without hesitation, ‘MDWatch.’ My new goal is 120–125 lbs, and I know I’ll get there with the continued support of the MDWatch team.
I joined MDWatch at the end of December 2025 after finding them online and completing a simple form with my Medicare information. I was quickly accepted into the program, and the process was smooth from the start. When I began, I weighed 186 pounds. In just 3½ months, I’m down to 153.3 pounds. My waist has gone from 52 inches to 44 inches , and I’ve gone from wearing a 3XL scrub shirt to now wearing a large. My first appointment was with a doctor, and now I have monthly follow-ups with a nurse practitioner who is wonderful. The visits are virtual, convenient, and usually take about 10 minutes from my phone. My medications are delivered quickly, which makes staying on track easy. Overall, my experience with MDWatch has been outstanding. I’m sleeping better, I have more energy, and I haven’t experienced any noticeable side effects. The medication has helped me naturally change my eating habits—I feel satisfied with smaller portions and no longer have the urge to overeat. I’m more active now and able to do things like yard work much more easily than before. This program has truly made a meaningful difference in my life!
My name is RIta and as I approached my 71st birthday, I knew I needed to make a change. I was struggling with my health and even simple activities like traveling were becoming harder. My daughter mentioned online options for weight loss, but I wanted something more personal and trustworthy. That’s when I found MDWatch. From the very beginning, the onboarding process impressed me. The team took the time to answer my questions, walk me through every step, and make me feel safe and supported—even though it was an online program. The care and attention to detail gave me the confidence to begin this journey. Since officially starting in June, I’ve lost 30 pounds. My health has improved in so many ways—my stamina is better, my asthma symptoms have decreased, and I rarely need my inhaler anymore. What made the biggest difference for me was the guidance from my nurse practitioner, Kristi. She helped me see that success wasn’t just about eating less, but about fueling my body with the right nutrients, especially protein. Her support has been invaluable. I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident than I have in years. I’m so grateful to the entire MDWatch team for helping me take back control of my health, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone ready to start their own journey
Six months ago, I knew I had to make a change. When I was alerted about my BMI, I realized my health was on the line. Since starting treatment with MDWatch Medical Group, I’ve lost 85 pounds in just six months — and the difference has been life-changing. Today, I can do all the things I enjoy with so much more ease and comfort. I recently went hiking in Hawaii — something I never could have done before. Around my farm and yard, I move freely and without pain. One of the biggest highlights for me is that I used to rely on gabapentin for bulging discs in my back. Since losing the weight and reducing inflammation, I don’t need it anymore. My back pain is gone, and my overall health has improved dramatically. The support and guidance I’ve received have truly given me my life back. I’m stronger, healthier, and happier — and I can’t thank MDWatch enough for helping me get here.
I was on the VA weight loss program called Project Move and was prescribed brand-name GLP-1 injections. Unfortunately, the dosage increased too quickly and I got very sick. I originally lost 40 pounds, but when I stopped the medication cold turkey with no guidance or support, I gained every pound back. I went from about 250 pounds back up to over 300 pounds. My knees were constantly hurting, I had sleep apnea, my blood sugar was borderline diabetic, and I could barely breathe comfortably anymore.
At 69, I knew I needed help. I found MDWatch Medical Group — even out-of-network, their pricing was far more affordable than other programs, with no hidden fees. I've safely dropped to 257 pounds, and I even canceled my bariatric surgery.
I was nervous to start, but I knew I needed to make a change. At 4’11”, seeing 150 pounds on the scale during my physical was a wake-up call. I’ve always been active, running up to 20 miles a week was how I stayed in shape for years. But as I got older, nothing seemed to work anymore. No matter how clean I ate or how hard I trained, the weight wouldn’t come off.
MDWatch changed everything. My provider, Kristi, made me feel supported from day one, even when I experienced side effects early on. With her help, I pushed through and started seeing results quickly. I reached my goal of 125 pounds and surpassed it. Today, I weigh 120 lbs. I’m back in clothes I haven’t worn in over 20 years, and I’m running stronger than ever. My pace is better, my confidence is back, and I feel like myself again.
The best part? I did it all from home. The telehealth visits, the monthly check-ins, and the nutrition guidance, it fit into my busy work/run schedule and held me accountable. This program helped me get my groove back!
Just one month ago, I didn’t think I could afford any kind of weight-loss help in this economy. When I found MDWatch, it felt like the perfect solution. My prescription is only $140 a month —something I can realistically manage—and I’ve already been telling my friends that getting help doesn’t have to be expensive. For me, it’s absolutely worth it. In just 30 days, I’m already down 10 pounds. Even losing that first bit of weight has made such a difference: my knee pain has decreased, I’m breathing better at night, and I was even planning to see a doctor for sleep apnea—but now I’m canceling the appointment because I feel so much better. The only side effect I’ve experienced is a little acid reflux, but it’s mild and goes away quickly. My nurse practitioner, Kristi, is wonderful. She explains everything clearly, she’s warm, funny, and supportive, and I feel genuinely cared for. Everything about this program has been great so far, and I’m hopeful and excited to keep going. I feel like I’m just getting started.
I reached my highest weight ever at 270+ pounds and kept telling myself I was okay with it, but eventually I realized I wanted to make a change. I had tried other options and faced challenges with affordability and accessibility, which led me to start looking for alternatives. That’s when I found MDWatch on Instagram. From the very first interaction, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. In just under five months, I have already lost 35 pounds and I’m excited to keep going on this journey. I’m especially looking forward to a cruise next year with my family, many of whom I haven’t seen in a long time, and I feel proud knowing I’ll be showing up as a totally different, healthier version of myself. My favorite part about the program has been the incredible staff and the guidance from the providers — they make the process smooth, motivating, and manageable. I would highly recommend MDWatch to anyone looking for a program that really works and treats patients with respect and attention.
Hi, my name is Nancy. I feel incredibly fortunate to have joined the MDWatch program and to have been paired with my nurse practitioner, Kristi Richards. From the start of my journey, Kristi’s depth of knowledge, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. With her support and guidance, I’ve lost nearly 30 pounds through the GLP-1 program and have gained a healthier, more confident relationship with food. The MDWatch team’s dedication and encouragement have truly changed my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the lasting impact this program has had on my health and well-being.
Hi, I’m Richard, and I’ve been on a weight loss journey for over 50 years. I’ve tried every program + plan out there, and nothing ever worked long-term. Even when I tried medication in the past, I had side effects and no real support, so I gave up. Then I found MDWatch. From the start, everything was clear and transparent, and I didn’t feel pressured to commit. In just three weeks, I’ve already lost 9 pounds, and for the first time, I actually feel like I’m making real progress.
What makes the difference is the support. The check-ins, the guidance, even the scale that connects directly to the care team via my patient chart, it’s all personalized. My hunger is finally under control, my clothes are fitting better, and I’m feeling more motivated every day to get out and get moving! MDWatch isn’t just another weight loss program. It’s a real partner in my health journey. Everyone in the office has been such a pleasure to work with!
Hi, my name is LouAnn, and I’ve been on MDWatch’s weight loss program for just over six weeks. My highest weight was 335 pounds, and while I lost some weight with other programs such as Weight Watchers, I started gaining it back. I needed to lower my BMI for knee replacement surgery, but everything I found was too expensive, until I discovered MDWatch.
The fact that they accept insurance, provide ongoing support, and make the prescription affordable made all the difference. The first few weeks were an adjustment, but the MDWatch team responded right away, and soon the weight started coming off. In just six weeks, I’ve gone from 280.9 to 261 pounds!
The best part? My joint pain went from an 8 to a 2, and everyday activities like walking and sitting are so much easier. I thought I was too old to start in my 70s, but I told myself, It’s not too late, and I’m so happy I did. If you’re on Medicare and thinking about weight loss, check your benefits; you won’t regret it!
I joined the program after seeing the amazing results my daughter had with the medication, and I thought, why not try it for myself? I’m in my 70s and had struggled with my weight for years. I had tried Atkins, keto, you name it, nothing seemed to stick. I used to go out for social dinners and want to eat everything in sight, even finishing what my family didn’t. It was frustrating and disheartening.
Since starting the MDWatch program in February, I’ve lost 30 pounds. I feel more energized and less addicted to food and sweets. The cravings are gone. I haven’t had a pizza in months, and now when I do, I actually enjoy it in moderation. That was never possible before. There were a few minor side effects early on, but they faded quickly.
Best part, I am able to utilize my insurance for their services. What’s really amazing is the affordability of this medication with MDWatch. I was shocked at how reasonably priced the medication is. If I could stay on this forever, I would. It’s helped me reset my relationship with food and develop truly healthy habits. I’m telling everyone I know about this program, it’s been life-changing.
Hi, my name is Pamela. Switching to MDWatch was the second-best decision I ever made, only second to starting my weight loss journey in the first place! I had been with another company before, but constant shipping delays and poor communication left me frustrated. MDWatch has been a complete game changer. From day one, I felt supported. They even sent me a connected scale that automatically shares my progress with their team, so I never feel like I’m doing this alone.
The coaching and personal attention I’ve received have been amazing. They truly want to see you succeed, and it shows! Not to mention, the program is affordable, especially compared to what I was paying before. I only wish my sister could join, but she’s not on Medicare yet. Having a program like this available to Medicare beneficiaries is truly a blessing!
I’ve always been active — even did bodybuilding in my 40s — but in my 60s, everything changed. After losing a loved one and dealing with knee issues that limited my activity, the weight started creeping on. Steroid injections only made things worse, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t lose the weight like I used to. I felt stuck, uncomfortable in my body, and discouraged, especially after being dropped from another weight loss program because of my age.
MD Watch changed everything. They specialize in senior weight loss, and from day one, I felt supported and understood. I loved being able to do everything from home, and the telehealth visits and fast shipping made it all easy. I’ve lost 20 pounds in 3 months, my cravings are gone, and I’m back in the gym feeling confident again. I finally feel like I have control and myself back.
Hi, my name is Brenda, and I joined MDWatch because it was the only program that felt truly complete. It had all the components I was looking for, and most importantly, I never felt like I was left on my own. This wasn’t just about getting the shots and figuring the rest out myself. The blood work they do as part of the process showed me that they genuinely care about identifying any personal health risks before they become a problem.
From the start, the team made me feel supported and empowered. They were there to hold my hand, answer my questions, and give me the encouragement I needed to believe in my ability to lose weight. Every interaction feels personal, relaxed, and sincere. The team is personable, engaged, and quietly confident; they really listen and provide thoughtful guidance without overwhelming you.
I’m still on this journey, and I know there’s more to come, but I already feel better supported and more hopeful than I ever have before.
